1. 앱과 운영자
PasteCam은 강의 슬라이드·판서와 회의 자료·화이트보드 등을 이미지로 캡처해 클립보드에 복사하거나 사진 보관함에 저장하는 앱입니다.
운영자 및 개인정보 보호책임자는 drsunLab의 정해창입니다. 개인정보 관련 문의는 pastecam.support@gmail.com으로 보내실 수 있습니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 개발자는 촬영물을 받는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
2. 촬영물의 처리
사진은 기기에서 처리합니다. 개발자 서버나 광고 제공사에 촬영물을 보내지 않으며 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 사진에 위치 정보를 기록하지 않고, 앱은 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
Clipboard 모드는 이미지를 시스템 클립보드에 복사합니다. 사진 보관함에는 자동으로 저장하지 않습니다. 클립보드 항목은 복사 후 2분이 지나면 만료됩니다. 이미 다른 앱에 붙여넣거나 따로 저장한 사본은 삭제되지 않습니다.
Apple의 Universal Clipboard가 활성화되어 있으면 같은 Apple 계정의 다른 기기에 붙여넣을 수 있습니다. 이러한 기기 간 전달은 Apple의 기능과 설정에 따르며 개발자 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
Normal 모드는 사진을 사진 보관함에 추가합니다. 저장된 항목은 사용자가 사진 앱에서 관리합니다. iCloud 사진 등 운영체제의 동기화 기능을 사용하면 해당 설정에 따라 동기화될 수 있습니다.
앱 실행 중 캡처 목록은 메모리에 남을 수 있습니다. 이미지 전달을 위한 임시 파일도 기기에 생성됩니다. 임시 파일은 클립보드 만료에 맞춰 정리하며, 앱이 종료되거나 실행할 수 없는 경우 다음 실행 등 정리가 가능한 시점에 제거합니다.
3. 요청하는 권한

각 권한은 iOS 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 카메라·사진 권한을 거절하면 해당 권한이 필요한 기능만 제한됩니다. 추적을 거절해도 캡처·클립보드·저장 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이미 응답했거나 기기에서 요청이 제한된 경우 권한창이 다시 나타나지 않을 수 있습니다.
4. 광고 제공사가 처리하는 정보
앱에는 Google AdMob 광고와 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP) 동의 관리 도구가 포함되어 있습니다. 개발자가 별도 서버로 받지 않더라도 이 SDK를 통한 데이터 처리는 앱의 개인정보 공개 대상에 포함됩니다.

5. 추적 권한과 광고 동의
PasteCam은 광고를 비개인화로 요청합니다. 비개인화 광고도 기기 식별자, 광고·사용·진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
필요한 지역별 동의는 Google UMP로 확인하며, 광고 요청이 가능한 경우 iOS의 ATT 상태를 확인합니다. 추적 권한이 미결정인 동안에는 Google Mobile Ads의 광고 시작 및 광고 요청을 진행하지 않습니다. 추적을 허용하면 IDFA가 광고 제공 및 성과 측정에 사용될 수 있습니다. 거절하거나 기기에서 제한된 경우 IDFA 없이 광고를 요청합니다. 이것이 모든 광고 관련 데이터 수집의 중단을 뜻하지는 않습니다.
유럽경제지역·영국·스위스 등에서는 위치와 규정에 따라 별도의 동의 양식이 나타날 수 있습니다. 이 동의와 iOS 추적 권한은 별개입니다. 동의하지 않아도 앱의 캡처 기능은 사용할 수 있으며, Google UMP의 판단에 따라 제한된 광고가 표시되거나 광고를 요청하지 않을 수 있습니다.
iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 추적 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 지역별 동의 선택을 다시 제공해야 하는 경우 앱 설정에 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’이 표시됩니다.
6. 광고 표시 위치와 보상
배너 광고는 촬영 후 결과 화면과 설정 화면에 표시됩니다. 카메라 미리보기와 첫 실행 안내 위에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
전면 광고는 설정 또는 앱 안 캡처 목록을 닫는 등 작업을 마친 시점에만 조건에 따라 표시합니다. 앱이 관리하는 촬영 이미지가 클립보드에 남아 있는 동안에는 전면 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
사용자가 직접 선택한 보상형 광고를 완료하면 30분 동안 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 앱 내 결제나 구독 상품은 없습니다. 광고를 표시하지 않는 동안에도 이미 실행된 SDK의 모든 네트워크 활동이 중단된다고 보장하는 것은 아닙니다.
앱은 Google 광고 콘텐츠 등급의 상한을 청소년 이용가(T)로 요청합니다. 부적절한 광고가 보이면 광고의 신고 기능 또는 지원 메일을 이용해 주세요.
7. 기기 내 보관

앱 삭제가 사진 보관함에 저장한 항목이나 다른 앱에 붙여넣은 사본까지 지우지는 않습니다. 해당 앱에서 별도로 관리해 주세요.
8. 제3자 처리와 보유 기간
개발자는 촬영물이나 계정 데이터를 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 광고 및 동의 제공사인 Google은 위에서 설명한 정보를 처리하며, 보관 기간·처리 장소·국외 이전·보호 조치는 Google의 정책에 따릅니다. 개발자가 Google의 개별 보관 기간을 설정하거나 이용자의 Google 데이터를 직접 삭제할 수는 없습니다.
앱이 이용하는 제3자 서비스는 적용되는 개인정보 보호 요구 사항과 해당 정책에 따라 정보를 보호해야 합니다. Apple의 클립보드·사진 동기화 기능을 사용할 경우 Apple의 정책과 사용자 설정도 적용됩니다.
9. 이용자의 선택과 문의
권한 변경, 앱 삭제, 사진 앱 또는 붙여넣은 앱에서의 삭제를 통해 기기 내 정보를 관리할 수 있습니다. Google이 보유한 데이터에 관한 열람·정정·삭제 등 요청은 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 안내된 절차를 이용해 주세요. Google 계정의 광고 설정은 https://myadcenter.google.com 에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
개인정보 관련 문의나 권리 행사 요청은 pastecam.support@gmail.com으로 접수합니다. 개발자가 직접 보유하지 않은 정보에 관한 요청은 해당 제공사의 처리 절차를 안내합니다. 거주 지역에 따라 적용되는 권리와 감독기관에 문의할 권리가 있을 수 있습니다.
10. 아동과 변경 안내
PasteCam은 어린이 전용 앱이 아닙니다. 개인정보 처리방침이 바뀌면 이 문서와 최종 수정일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 안내 등을 통해 알립니다.

1. App and operator
PasteCam captures lecture slides, board notes, meeting materials and whiteboards as images for copying to the clipboard or saving to Photos.
The operator and privacy contact is drsunLab (Haechang Jung). Contact pastecam.support@gmail.com with privacy questions. The app does not require an account or sign-in. The developer does not operate a server that receives your captures.
2. Your captures
Photos are processed on your device. They are not sent to developer servers or the ad provider, and are not used for advertising. The app does not request location permission or add location data to captures.
Clipboard mode copies images to the system clipboard without automatically saving them to Photos. A clipboard item expires two minutes after copying. Copies already pasted into another app or saved separately are not deleted.
If Apple's Universal Clipboard is enabled, you may paste on another device signed in to the same Apple Account. This transfer follows Apple's features and settings and does not pass through a developer server.
Normal mode adds photos to your Photos library. You manage these items in Photos. Operating-system features such as iCloud Photos may sync them according to your settings.
The running app may retain a capture list in memory. Temporary image files are also created for transfer. The app cleans them up at expiration when it can run, or at a later opportunity such as the next launch.
3. Permissions

You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Denying camera or Photos access limits only the features requiring it. Declining tracking does not disable capture, clipboard or saving. Previously answered or system-restricted requests may not show another alert.
4. Information processed by the ad provider
The app includes Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Data handled by these SDKs is part of the app's disclosures even though the developer does not receive it on a separate server.

Some information may be linked to a user or device through device identifiers. Google's processing is subject to its policies and the relevant consent choices.

5. Tracking and regional consent
PasteCam requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized advertising can still process device identifiers, advertising, usage and diagnostic information.
Google UMP handles required regional consent. When ads can be requested, the app checks ATT. The advertising SDK does not start or request ads while ATT remains undetermined. If you allow tracking, IDFA may be used for ad delivery and measurement. If tracking is denied or restricted, ads are requested without IDFA. This does not mean all advertising-related data collection stops.
An additional consent form may appear depending on your location and applicable requirements, including in the EEA, UK or Switzerland. Regional consent and iOS tracking authorization are separate choices. Capture features remain available if you decline. Depending on UMP's determination, limited ads may be shown or no ads may be requested.
Change tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. When required, the app's Settings offers Ad privacy settings for regional consent choices.
6. Ad placement and rewards
Banners appear in the capture result screen and Settings. Ads do not cover the camera preview or first-run setup.
Interstitials are shown only at eligible breaks such as closing Settings or the in-app capture list. They are blocked while an app-managed capture remains on the clipboard.
Completing a rewarded ad you choose provides 30 ad-free minutes. The app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. An ad-free period does not guarantee that every network activity of an already started SDK ceases.
The app requests a maximum Google ad content rating of Teen (T). Report inappropriate ads through the ad's reporting controls or the support email.
7. Storage on your device

Deleting the app does not delete items saved to Photos or pasted elsewhere. Manage those copies in their respective apps.
8. Third-party processing and retention
The developer does not store capture or account data on a server. Google processes the information described above; its retention periods, processing locations, international transfers and safeguards are governed by its policies. The developer cannot set Google's individual retention periods or directly delete your Google-held data.
Third-party services used by the app must protect information under applicable privacy requirements and their policies. Apple's policies and your settings also apply to its clipboard and photo-sync features.
9. Choices and requests
Manage local information through permissions, app deletion and deletion in Photos or the app where you pasted a copy. For access, correction, deletion and other requests about Google-held data, use the procedures in Google's Privacy Policy. Google Account ad settings are available at https://myadcenter.google.com.
Send privacy questions and requests to pastecam.support@gmail.com. Where the developer does not hold the requested information, we will direct you to the relevant provider's procedures. Rights and access to a supervisory authority may vary by your location.
10. Children and changes
PasteCam is not an app specifically for children. Changes to this policy will be reflected in this document and its update date. Significant changes will also be communicated through app update information or a similar notice.
